I tried it in both an ATC size (above) and a card size (below)...
I had a great time making these. The backgrounds were created using the Heated Pearls Technique on patterned turquoise paper. All trims are from Flights of Fancy Boutique. The image is a vintage photograph of Theda Bara (Circa. 1920s).

Today is my Blogoversary on my vintage Halloween blog: A Nostalgic Halloween. I am offering the above blog candy to one lucky person in a random drawing on April 22nd. Please visit my Halloween Blog for more details! Nothing like a little spooking in April! BOO!
For me, childhood is like an open door to a world of your imagination. Anything is possible and just waiting for you to step through... http://saturdaychallenge.blogspot.com/ to join in on the challenge this week...
(***Please click on picture to see ATCs close-up!***) These wonderful ATCs were made by my friend Gina Atkins. Gina does not have a blog...yet, and I wanted to showcase her fabulous work. We belong to several Vintage ATC Yahoo Groups and trade ATCs. I think you will agree that Gina is an amazing artist.
To be considered for membership, you must submit samples of your work to the membership committee for review. Examples would be a link to your art blog, Flickr album or Pinterest art board. Are you an expert ATC artist looking to trade high quality vintage-inspired ATCs? This group may be for you.
