Gothic Palooza #4 Challenge - Gothic Arch Pennant

    Hi Kris, newbie here......just wondering about the supplies you used on this one, it's just gorgeous! What material is the base and the flower? And is the paper printed like that or did you use different stamps on it? Just wondering.....thanks for showing us your fantastic work! Pam
