Theme Thursday - Hats

This week the theme is hats. I chose to create a Birthday Tag. She doesn't look too thrilled about turning 2, lol.

    Hey I've been at a few birthday parties where the birthday girl/boy looks like this?! Hey, turning two can be stressful. This is a very sweet and beautifully composed skinny!
