I tried it in both an ATC size (above) and a card size (below)...
I had a great time making these. The backgrounds were created using the Heated Pearls Technique on patterned turquoise paper. All trims are from Flights of Fancy Boutique. The card and the ATC are wonderful ! The effect with the "bubbles" is clever. All your lovely laces and bordures, shells and all come together to an excellent collage !
