Sometimes I think it is strange that so many people (including me) love blackbirds in art but the "real thing" can drive one to distraction. Blackbirds abound in my part of the world. We call them crows but we are told they are ravens. Their cries are raucous and especially annoying at dawn! However, I can't deny that up close and personal they are magnificent birds.
Having said all that .... your collage is stunning, Kris. Standing ovation from me.
